Real leather is a natural product. There might be slight colour variations since every hide takes up the colour differently.
The DIN Notebook Bag is made from high quality, strong (ca. 0.1" thick) calf leather, which is additionally processed with a waterproof oil. The two-way zip fastener is extra wide at 8mm and the polished teeth promise a high life time expectaction. The stitching is the same color as the leather.

Great minimalistic product

Only point that I believe could be improved further is the inner storage possibilities. I could use some more small pockets to fit my mouse, EarPods, charger etc. neatly. Perhaps it could make sense to replace one of the two big pockets with some smaller compartments.
Also, I don‘t understand the direction the handle is turned. While I find the idea of the way the handle is fixed great, when I carry the bag the round part of the handle faces upwards towards my palm while the weight of the bag rests on my fingers where the seams of the handle go. This feels relatively uncomfortable and while not a big issue I believe the comfort of carrying the bad would even be improved by simply turning the handle 180° upside down so that the round part of the handle points downwards and the seam upwards.
